When sailing with Celebrity Cruises, room service is a practical option if you prefer to dine in the privacy of you cabin or suite. Whether it’s a quiet breakfast on your balcony or a late evening snack after a show, Celebrity Silhouette’s in-room dining provides a flexible option in the on-board dining experience. In this post i’ll take you through all you need to know about Room Service on Celebrity Silhouette but this also applies to other ships in the fleet which have similar menus.

When is Room Service available on Celebrity Silhouette and
In-room dining is available at any time, day or night. You can simply from the room service menu located within your cabin. What is available depends on the time of day.
➡️ Continental Breakfast – 6am to 9:30am
➡️ Premium Breakfast – 6am – 11am
➡️ All-Day Dining – 11am to 6am
➡️ There’s also Drinks and Kids options available
How do You Order Room Service on Celebrity Silhouette?
To order room service you can dial 51 from your cabin. For Breakfast orders you can also complete the order card in your cabin and hang it on your door by 2am. However, if you are in The Retreat, then you can let you butler take care of everything for you.
What Room Service is Free on Celebrity Silhouette?
It’s important to note that a room service fee of $9.95 applies to all orders. This is a fixed cost, so you pay the same flat fee whether ordering one dish for one person or ten separate items for four people. A 20% gratuity is also automatically added to your bill. So in effect around $12 tray charge for Room Service.
However, there are some exceptions to this charge. Continental breakfast is complimentary and available from 6:00am to 9:30am each day – however premium items on the breakfast menu still incur the $9.95 charge.
Additionally, 24-hour room service is complimentary if you are staying in The Retreat and for Zenith Captain’s Club members in all grades of cabin.
What is available on the Room Service Menu on Celebrity Silhouette?
Breakfast (06:00 AM to 11:00AM)
Continental breakfast is complimentary and available from 6am to 9:30am each day of the cruise (excluding disembarkation day). To order, just complete the breakfast order card the evening before and your breakfast will be delivered at your preferred time (choose 30-minute segments between 6:00am and 9:30am).
The menu typically includes pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals and juices, along with tea and coffee. Hot breakfast items such as eggs cooked to preference, bacon and pancakes are also available. This is a perfect option is you want to begin your day at sea or in port with breakfast served on your private balcony, accompanied by sea views, or views of your destination.
All-Day Dining (11:00AM to 05:00AM)
Beyond breakfast, the room service menu offers a varied selection throughout the day. Depending on the time-of-day options include satisfying options such as fresh salads and soups, sandwiches and wraps, burgers and hot dishes and pasta selections along with a tempting selection of desserts and sweet treats.
These options are great if you want a relaxed lunch at sea or a quick Snack to refuel after your port visit or some late night following an evening show. All served in the comfort of your cabin.
