Grand Cuvee

Included and Complimentary Dining Options on Board Celebrity Silhouette

➡️ Main Dining Room – Grand Cuvée

Grand Cuvée is the ship’s main restaurant. Spanning two decks, the venue has a refined atmosphere with a menu that changes daily. Menu On the menu you will find classic dishes prepared with a modern twist with regionally inspired options reflecting the itinerary you were on. There’s also a dedicated vegetarian selection. You can either opt for flexible dining or set times.

The food we were served here was delicious and flavourful. The service was attentive and efficient – even on the busiest of nights. However, the only thing I would mention which we did notice was it is quite dark at some sections especially the upper sections of the restaurant.

➡️ Oceanview Café

For more casual dining, Oceanview Café offers a buffet-style experience with globally inspired stations. Unlike many traditional cruise buffets, the layout is spacious and designed to reduce congestion. The location is light and airy with floor to ceiling windows providing panoramic sea views. We loved taking our plates out to the To enjoy some alfresco dining on warmer days.

There was so much choice it was difficult to decide what options to go for. On our sailing there were stations with freshly carved meats, made to order pasta and stir fry, a seafood station with Moules Marinière and an impressive seafood station on sea days. The breakfast selection is also extensive with eggs benedict station which you can customise your options.

➡️ Mast Grill

Located poolside, Mast Grill offers classic favourites such as burgers, hot dogs and salads. This was a very popular venue on the sunny sea days and is conveniently located if you want to grab something quick to eat without heading into the Ocean View café.

➡️ Café al Bacio & Gelateria

Tucked away in the atrium is Celebrity Silhouette’s European-style coffee house, Café al Bacio. This is a perfect venue to head to for speciality coffees, pastries and light bites. While the coffees incur a charge, the pastries and light bites are all included in your fare. This was a very popular venue one board at all hours of the day. The gelateria nearby serves a tempting selection of ice cream flavours, but there was a charge for this option.

➡️ Spa Café

Tucked beside the adults-only Solarium, and near to the spa and gym, the Spa Café on Celebrity Silhouette offers nutritious food without compromising on flavour. Designed to complement the ship’s wellness facilities, it provides lighter fare in a calm, relaxed setting that feels a world away from the bustle of the main restaurants.

The menu centres on clean, wholesome ingredients and vibrant flavours. While the selection may vary slightly by sailing, you can expect a smoothie and juice selection, freshly prepared salads with a range of toppings made to order wraps, seasonal fruit plates and like pasta dishes along with yoghurts and healthy snacks. Breakfast options often include smoothies, cereals, and lighter hot choices, making it a popular stop after an early workout or morning swim. Some of juices and drinks Carry a small charge but most are included in your cruise fare.

Exclusive dining venues on Board Celebrity Silhouette

Celebrity Silhouette offers two distinctive restaurants reserved for specific guest categories; These are both still included in your fare if staying in the relevant cabin grades

➡️ Luminae at The Retreat

Luminae is exclusively available to guests staying in The Retreat suites. It combines elegant surroundings with menus designed to feel contemporary and inventive, often highlighting premium ingredients. Soft lighting, polished décor and well-spaced tables create a calm and comfortable setting.

The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch on sea days, and dinner each evening, offering a quieter and more relaxed alternative to larger venues.

➡️ Blu

Blu is reserved for AquaClass guests. It is smaller than the main dining room, which gives a more relaxed atmosphere. The décor is contemporary with wonderful sea views through he floor to ceiling windows.

Open for breakfast and dinner daily, Blu allows AquaClass guests to enjoy a dedicated dining space that feels exclusive without being formal. While lighter in style, and despite the menu’s focus on wellness, indulgent options are still available. All meals designed to feel nourishing and refined.

Next let’s move on to the speciality restaurants onboard Celebrity Silhouette

Speciality and Alternative Dining On Celebrity Silhouette

➡️ Murano

Murano is the venue to head to for French-inspired fine dining on board. With tableside preparation and an extensive wine list, it offers a sophisticated setting ideal for special occasions. Signature highlights include, lobster prepared tableside, Chateaubriand for two and artfully plated desserts.

While this restaurant carries an additional charge and is one of the most expensive speciality venues on board per head, though everyone we spoke to on board who had dined here said the found the experience well worth it.

➡️ Tuscan Grille

Tuscan Grille combines Italian charm with sweeping ocean views. Located at the aft with brilliant wake views depending on your table, the menu focuses on bold flavours and high-quality ingredients.

Here you will find handmade pastas, dry-aged steaks, and Italian wines in a setting that feels warm but still elegant. It is particularly popular on sea days and is reasonably priced but if you manage to grab an embarkation day deal it’s a fantastic venue to spend your first night on board.

➡️ Sushi on Five

For lovers of Japanese cuisine, Sushi on Five offers freshly prepared sushi, sashimi and inventive rolls. It’s an unassuming venue just off the atrium but shouldn’t be overlooked. In addition to the traditional sections, you’ll also find Japanese-inspired cocktails and premium sake.

We had lunch here on a sea day and it was a wonderful experience. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, and I can absolutely recommend trying one of the Japanese inspired cocktails.

➡️ Taj X at Sushi on Five

Scheduled on select evenings during a sailing Taj X Experience, is a limited pop-up dining experience within Sushi on Five. Designed to showcase elevated Indian cuisine. For an additional a cover charge you get to sample a carefully curated multi-course menu that includes, contemporary interpretations of classic curries, tandoor-inspired dishes and creative desserts blending sweetness with aromatic spice.

➡️ Lawn Club Grill

One of Celebrity’s signature concepts, The Lawn Club Grill allows guests to enjoy open-air dining beside the ship’s real grass lawn. The atmosphere here is quite interactive and casual and there are options to customise pizzas and grill selections. There’s an excellent choice at the salad bar on the dessert selection should also not be missed.

My advice is to come here hungry because there is so much on offer. We managed to grab embarkation day discount, and it was a wonderful, relaxed way to start the first evening of our cruise. We dined as a family, and the staff were so attentive and fun and made a real fuss for the kids. They were more than happy to explain the different cuts of meat and what was on offer and nothing was too much trouble.

While the weather wasn’t warm on cruise or the evening we dined, there is a covered seating area which is heated so we didn’t feel cold at all an once the grill warmed up it felt cosy and welcoming inside.

➡️ The Porch

Located at the top of the ship near the real grass Lawn Club, The Porch has an open, breezy atmosphere that feels distinctly like a New England country club. With its wooden finishes and informal seating, it is designed for easy lunches and unhurried afternoons rather than multi-course dinners.

The Porch has a particular emphasis on seafood and fresh ingredients. Here you can find freshly shucked oysters, seafood platters, lobster rolls, crisp salads and artisanal sandwiches. The Porch is intentionally informal and it truly comes into its own on sunny afternoons accompanied by a warm, gentle ocean breeze and when the Lawn Club is lively.

➡️ Le Petit Chef

Le Petit Chef is one of the most distinctive dining experiences on Celebrity Silhouette, which blends cuisine with immersive entertainment. Think of it as ‘food theatre’. Using 3D projection mapping technology, a tiny, animated chef appears projected onto your table and “prepares” each course before it arrives. The experience unfolds course by course.

Le Petit Chef offers a set menu, typically with a choice of main course to accommodate different preferences. Although you do have to wait for everyone to finish their course before the next course (and animation) can proceed.

This is more a niche rather than traditional dining experience – for some guests it’s a gimmick not worth paying for, others regard it as a ‘one and done’, while for some guess it’s an entertaining dining experience they’ll return to each cruise. The storytelling element certainly makes it appealing for families.
