Cunard Room Service Charges

In June 2025 Cunard made a significant change to its Room Service Menu – There will now be a charge for any items ordered after 10:00am in Britannia category staterooms. Previously Room Service was included in all staterooms. Included room service on Cunard was one of the aspects which set the cruise line apart from its luxury cruise rivals on the high seas. Cunard Room Service Price charges

The new charges come into effect for dishes ordered after 10:00am in Britannia Grade Staterooms across the flet form June 2025.

We are writing to inform you of a change in our room service on board. Across the fleet, we are introducing new charges that will apply to room service dishes served after 10.00am in Britannia grade staterooms.

Our breakfast items, available before 10.00am, will remain complimentary. And of course, you’re welcome to dine at the buffet where you’ll find a selection of dishes through the day and into the night, all included in your fare. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner in your main dining room are also included.

For guests travelling in Grills Suites, and the Britannia Club grade staterooms, the charges do not apply, and room service remains included for these stateroom grades.
