Holland America Line has set the stage for a world-first celebration of two Broadway legends. In partnership with RWS Global and The Verdon Fosse Legacy®, the cruise line has launched Fosse and Verdon, The Duet That Changed Broadway – an immersive musical and multimedia production honouring the groundbreaking artistry of Bob Fosse and Gwen Verdon.

The debut performancetook place aboard the Koningsdam, bringing Fosse and Verdon’s unmistakable choreography and legacy to international audiences in a way that has never been seen before at sea.
A Legacy Reimagined for the Stage
The production promises a captivating blend of live performance and rare archival footage, projected on a sweeping 270-degree surround screen. Guests will experience iconic sequences from classics such as Damn Yankees, Sweet Charity, Cabaret, and Chicago, all reconstructed under the guidance of The Verdon Fosse Legacy®.
Choreographers Dylis Croman and Alyssa Epstein breathe new life into the duo’s work, supported by powerhouse vocalists delivering timeless Broadway numbers. This combination of artistry, technology, and history is designed to appeal both to lifelong admirers and those discovering Fosse and Verdon for the first time.

For Holland America Line, this marks another milestone in its more than decade-long collaboration with RWS Global, the creative force behind many of the cruise line’s most ambitious productions.
