Where are the laundrettes located on Queen Anne?
Launderettes are strategically located across multiple decks for easy access from most staterooms and suites. Laundrettes are on Decks1, 4, 7, 8 & 10.

What’s in each laundrette on Queen Anne?
Each launderette is equipped with washers, dryers, and an ironing station with steam iron. The launderettes also include full instructions, on how to operate the machines, so you can quickly get up to speed. There is also a small wash basin and tap to wash your hands after loading the machine. There are no seats in the laundrettes.
There are telephones in each laundrette so you can contact guest services if you run into any trouble. The phone is also convenient if you need to contact someone back in your cabin or vice versa while you’re waiting for your laundry.
What’s included in the laundrettes on board Queen Anne?
Detergent sheets are provided and regularly replenished in all laundrettes on board. There are also washing baskets for use within the laundress only.
How much do the Self-Service Laundrettes costs on Cunard Queen Anne?
The self-service washing machines and driers are included in your cruise fare, so you won’t need to worry about additional fees or buying tokens.
When are the laundrettes open on board Queen Anne?
The laundrettes are open between 8:00am and 8:00pm each day. However, the laundrette many be close while in port if required by local regulations and for operational requirements.

If you’d prefer a hassle-free hands-off way to get your laundry done on holiday, Queen Anne also offers a full-service laundry and dry-cleaning option. This is perfect if you need to get any formalwear or delicate garments cleaned or just want a hassle-free way to get your laundry done on board.
What laundry services are available on Queen Anne?
There are two types laundry services available
- A regular service which takes 2 days and
- A same day service for those unexpected spills or last-minute needs
Within each service there are three laundry options available:
- Wash and Press
- Specialist Clean
- Press Only
Simply fill out the laundry form in your stateroom, place your items in the provided laundry bag, and your steward will collect, and return your freshly laundered items.
How long does it take for laundry to be processed on Queen Anne?
The Regular laundry service is 2 days, and laundry is picked up before 10:00am and returned by 7:00pm on the 2nd day.
A same day service is available; This is a perfect solution if you’re short on time or need an outfit ready for a formal evening event. Laundry is picked up before 9:00am and returned the same day by 7:00pm. This service incurs a slightly higher fee, but the convenience is worth it if you’re on a tight schedule. There is an additional 50% surcharge for this service.
How much does the laundry service cost on Cunard Queen Anne?

Specialist cleaning services on Cunard Queen Anne
For delicate fabrics, formalwear or other items that require extra care, a specialist cleaning is available on-board Queen Anne. The specialist cleaning is a ‘wet’ cleaning process, using small amounts of waters rather than solvents. Therefore, this cleaning process is not suitable for raw silks. Can you get free laundry services on Queen Anne?
There is no provision for complimentary laundry services for guests sailing in in Queens or Princess Grills suites.
However, Cunard World Club Platinum and Diamond members get a 20% saving on Laundry/Specialist Cleaning. The 20% Savings will be applied after any allocated non-refundable on-board spending money has been used.
